Laugh Specialist Melanin Bee is going have you laughing and learning how to laugh your best life with some Good Mood Food. Get ready for some HEALarious lessons in laughter and tips and tools on to incorporate foods to help that promotes health and happines. 

Chronic stress and depression can lead to emotional eating and poor gut health if you don't have healthy coping mechanisms such as healthy food options or the knowledge of unhealthy foods and their impact on your gut health and menal health.
