Laughter yoga is prolonged voluntary laughter combined with simple yogic style breathing techniques. Laughter and playfulness are the heart of laughter yoga. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is normally done in groups with eye contact and lots of playfulness between participants. However, Online 1 on 1 virtual Laughter yoga is a great option as well.
