How do you participate in the challenge?
However you feel comfortable...
You can say hi to the camera/ world or just get straight to the laugh and say I'm doing the #HEALariousLaughChallenge Inhale Love Exhale Laughter... And then you do it! That simple!
Step 1:
Breath in deeply through your nostrils Inhale Love
Step 2:
Exhale laughter!!! Bahahaha!!
