Start your week off with some HEALarious Laughter yoga! Every Sunday in the park, Laugh Yogi Melanin Bee will take you on a HEALarious healing journey of giggles and guidance. Creating a safe sacred space for you to laugh and heal in nature. 

With breathing and laughter exercises, hand clapping, and childlike playfulness all wrapped up into a HEALarious good time.
